Instructions
- Remove the rind from the watermelon and dice into 1-inch pieces. Place in a large bowl.
- Add sliced strawberries and cucumber to the bowl.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint leaves over the mixture.
- Gently stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
