Instructions
- Let the frozen watermelon sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
- In a high-speed blender, combine watermelon, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, lime juice, mint (if using), and water.
- Pulse until the watermelon breaks up and then blend until you achieve a thick slushie consistency. Adjust sweetness with more syrup if needed.
- If too thick, add extra water to reach desired consistency.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses and enjoy!
