Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the base layer, mix almond flour, oat flour, salt, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined. Press into an 8×8 greased baking dish.
- For the berry layer, heat berries with maple syrup and water in a pot until softened. Mash and stir in cornstarch; simmer until thickened.
- For the crumble topping, combine oat flour, oats, almond flour, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until crumbly.
- Assemble by pouring the berry layer over the base and topping with crumble mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown; cool before cutting into squares.
