- 1 single pre-made pie crust

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix berries with cornstarch, lemon zest, and sugar.
- Cut pie crust into four circles.
- Place berry mixture in the center of each circle and fold edges over to form galettes.
- Brush edges with egg wash and sprinkle coarse sugar on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with lemon glaze before serving.
