- 3 small bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)

- 12 flour tortillas (6-inch)
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into strips and place in a bowl.
- Mix marinade ingredients: lime juice, soy sauce, cumin, chili powder, garlic, and seasonings. Coat the chicken well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Slice the bell peppers and onions while the chicken marinates.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.
- Sear marinated chicken strips for about two minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Add butter to enhance flavor during cooking.
- Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm under foil.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions with remaining marinade for about three minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine cooked chicken with veggies before serving on warm tortillas.
