- 2 bags Frozen peaches (20 ounces each)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 stick Butter (unsalted)
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a greased 9×13 baking dish, mix frozen peaches with sugars, extracts, spices, corn starch, butter, water, and lemon juice. Bake for 20 minutes covered with foil.
- While baking, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Stir in boiling water until just combined.
- Remove peaches from the oven and dollop cobbler dough on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 30–45 minutes until golden brown.
