Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Sauté sliced onions in olive oil until soft; add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In the same skillet, cook the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Top each breast with sautéed onions and mushrooms; melt cheese on top by covering the skillet briefly.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
