Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned (3-5 minutes).
- Pour the teriyaki mixture over the beef and simmer until thickened (2-3 minutes).
- Stir in pineapple chunks and heat through.
- Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
