- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 medium cucumber, grated and excess moisture squeezed out
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil until well combined.
- Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and fold it into the tzatziki sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve on a bed of greens or inside pita bread.
