Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning with a bit of water and cook until thickened.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and cheese.
