- 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until browned (7-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add any remaining marinade, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
