- 2 cups thinly shredded carrots

Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by chopping or slicing them.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the chopped onion, parsley, green cabbage, red cabbage, and shredded carrots to the bowl.
- Toss until everything is well coated in the dressing.
