Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla.
- Mix in eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Stir in sour cream gently and pour over the crust.
- Top with peach slices and mixed berries.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set; cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
