Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 6-ounce box strawberry Jell-O
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
Instructions
- For the jello topping, dissolve the Jell-O powder in boiling water and let cool at room temperature.
- For the pretzel crust, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the cheesecake layer by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled pretzel crust and refrigerate for one hour.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake and pour cooled jello over everything.
- Refrigerate for at least three hours (or overnight) until set.
