Instructions
- Bake the pie shell according to package directions until golden brown; allow it to cool completely.
- While the crust cools, wash and hull the strawberries and arrange them in the cooled pie shell.
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring constantly until thickened (about 2 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in strawberry Jell-O until dissolved.
- Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries in the pie shell, ensuring all berries are coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set before serving.
