- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 200g white chocolate chips
- 110g heavy cream (heated)
- Fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk confectioners sugar and egg yolks until smooth. Add vanilla, flour, butter, salt, and matcha; mix until combined. Press into a tart pan.
- Bake for 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate chips with heated cream in another bowl; stir until smooth.
- Top the cooled tart shell with white chocolate cream and arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Optionally decorate with Swiss meringue buttercream around edges.
