Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1 box (3 oz) sugar-free strawberry jello
- 1 box (1 oz) instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1½ cups water
Instructions
- Bake the white cake as per package instructions in a 9×13 inch baking pan. Once cooled, poke holes throughout the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Dissolve the strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add ½ cup cold water. Pour this mixture over the poked cake.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions using 2 cups of milk until it thickens.
- Spread the pudding over the chilled cake and top with Cool Whip before serving.
