  • 1/2 cup glazed pecans
  • 4 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced)
  • Dressing: 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together apple cider vinegar, honey, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until well combined. Set aside.
  2. For the glazed pecans, preheat your oven to 350°F. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil. Add pecans and stir for about 30 seconds before transferring them to a greased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 12–14 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, red onion, dried cranberries, feta cheese crumbles, grilled chicken slices, crumbled Turkey Bacon, and glazed pecans.
