  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups crushed Oreo Cookies (cream removed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C).
  2. In a stand mixer, combine the cubed cold butter and granulated sugar. Mix on low for one minute, then on high for another minute until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Incorporate red food coloring and cocoa powder; blend until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully blended.
  7. Chill the dough uncovered for about 20 minutes.
  8. Form dough into approximately 3.5 oz balls and coat with crushed Oreos.
  9. Place on parchment-lined baking trays and bake for 10–11 minutes.
