Instructions
- Season steak pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Set aside.
- Toss corn kernels with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet at 400°F for 10-15 minutes until charred.
- Mix mayonnaise, cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the cilantro cream sauce.
- Assemble bowls by layering cooked rice at the bottom followed by grilled steak, roasted corn, sliced avocado, and drizzle with the cilantro cream sauce.
