- 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips and prepare shrimp.
- In a bowl, marinate steak with soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear marinated steak for 2-3 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
- Stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, garlic, and ginger for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add cooked steak and shrimp back to the pan; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot garnished with sesame seeds.
