Instructions

  1. Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips and prepare shrimp.
  2. In a bowl, marinate steak with soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear marinated steak for 2-3 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
  5. Stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, garlic, and ginger for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked steak and shrimp back to the pan; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
  7. Season with salt and pepper; serve hot garnished with sesame seeds.
