- 3 refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz Yoplait® Original lemon burst yogurt
- Juice and grated peel of 1 lemon
- 6 cups assorted berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup strawberry glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Prepare the crust: Roll out two pie crusts to fit a 15x10x1-inch pan and prick with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
- Using the remaining crust, cut stars with cookie cutters and bake until golden.
- Make the cream cheese filling: Beat sugar, cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and peel until smooth; chill.
- Prepare berry topping by mixing berries with glaze.
- Assemble: Spread filling in cooled crust, top with berries and star cutouts.
