- 1 tube (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the cookie dough into an ungreased pizza pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool on a wire rack.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and almond extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
- Arrange blueberries, raspberries, and halved strawberries in a star shape on top of the filling. Add a border with extra berries if desired.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
