Instructions

  3. Lay the salmon fillet flat on a cutting board; slice horizontally into two even pieces if thick.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over one side of each piece of salmon.
  5. Roll each piece tightly from one end and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  6. Place pinwheels in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 15–18 minutes or until cooked through.
