Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat; lightly oil if using a grill pan.
- Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In another bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, and lemon juice to prepare the Yum Yum sauce.
- Slice chicken and serve over rice; drizzle with Yum Yum sauce.
