Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and oil until combined. Add eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring just until moistened.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
