- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
Instructions
- Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet; sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in spices and toast for one minute.
- Transfer mixture to a slow cooker; add seasoned beef cubes and combine gently.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Serve warm with garlic naan.
