  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for cooking)
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Sear the beef cubes until browned on all sides.
  2. Remove beef and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in the same pot until onions are translucent.
  3. Add spices and crushed tomatoes; cook for one minute until fragrant.
  4. Return beef to the pot, pour in beef broth and coconut milk, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for at least 3 hours until beef is tender.
  6. For the naan, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add yogurt and warm milk; knead into dough.
  7. Roll out portions of dough into flat discs and cook in a heated skillet until bubbles form; brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
