Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, grated garlic, pineapple chunks, chopped bell peppers, red onion, and BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a lined sheet pan.
