Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the room temperature cream cheese and egg until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until well blended.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto a lined baking sheet without flattening them.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before dusting with powdered sweetener.
