- 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
- 4 cups brewed coffee
- 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Chocolate sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the glasses by dipping the rims in 1/4 of the caramel sauce, then coat with toasted coconut.
- Add 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce to each glass.
- Pour 1 cup of brewed coffee into each glass and stir gently.
- Fill with ice cubes and top off with coconut milk, stirring well.
- Finish with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
