- 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
- In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- In another bowl, toss sirloin cubes, grape tomatoes, and baby potatoes with half of the marinade; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread marinated ingredients onto skewers alternately.
- Grill kebabs for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached. Baste with remaining marinade while grilling.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
