  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, toss sirloin cubes, grape tomatoes, and baby potatoes with half of the marinade; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated ingredients onto skewers alternately.
