Instructions
- Wash cucumbers and strawberries thoroughly. Slice cucumbers into rounds and quarter strawberries.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, strawberries, and red onion. Toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until blended.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until coated.
