Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Dice the cucumbers into half-moons and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Thinly slice the red onion. If desired, soak in water to reduce its sharpness.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Toss gently to mix.
- Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the veggies and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top. Add chopped parsley or dill for freshness. Toss until well-coated.
