- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and dice the apples and chop the celery.
- Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, toasted nuts, and dried cranberries.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix until well-coated.
- Chill for 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
