Ingredients
- 3 large strawberries
- 1/3 cup water (for red layer)
- 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp light coconut milk
- 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp water (for blue layer)
- 1/2 tsp blue butterfly pea flower powder
Instructions
- Blend strawberries with water until smooth for the red layer; fill ice cube tray cavities and freeze for at least 1.5 hours.
- Spoon light coconut milk over frozen red layer; freeze again for another 1.5 hours.
- Mix water with blue butterfly pea flower powder; pour over white layer and freeze for at least 2.5 hours.
- Once all layers are frozen, remove ice cubes from the tray and enjoy in your favorite beverages!
