Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries with water until smooth for the red layer; fill ice cube tray cavities and freeze for at least 1.5 hours.
  2. Spoon light coconut milk over frozen red layer; freeze again for another 1.5 hours.
  3. Mix water with blue butterfly pea flower powder; pour over white layer and freeze for at least 2.5 hours.
  4. Once all layers are frozen, remove ice cubes from the tray and enjoy in your favorite beverages!
