Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil.
- Blend Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs; mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes; allow to cool.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add sour cream, vanilla, flour, and eggs.
