  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 eggs (yolks separated from whites)
  • 1 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  2. Warm the milk until lukewarm and set aside.
  3. Beat egg whites with a pinch of cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Melt the butter and let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, mix egg yolks and confectioner’s sugar until frothy. Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and cooled butter.
  6. Mix in flour and pumpkin puree along with 1/4 cup of lukewarm milk.
  7. Gradually add remaining milk while mixing on low speed.
  8. Gently fold in beaten egg whites.
  9. Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 60-65 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  10. Allow cooling completely before refrigerating.
