  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay cling wrap on the counter; sprinkle with ⅓ cup shredded cheddar. Spoon the cheese mixture in the center and cover with remaining cheddar.
  3. Gather cling wrap to shape into a ball and secure tightly with rubber bands to form pumpkin grooves. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled, remove rubber bands and unwrap cling wrap. Decorate with the bell pepper stem on top.
  5. Serve with an array of crackers or bread slices.
