  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until moistened; press firmly into the pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well; stir in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
  4. For the topping, combine sliced peaches, flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; toss to coat then sprinkle on top of cheesecake layer.
  5. Dot with cold butter pieces and bake for 45–50 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
