- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until moistened; press firmly into the pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well; stir in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
- For the topping, combine sliced peaches, flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; toss to coat then sprinkle on top of cheesecake layer.
- Dot with cold butter pieces and bake for 45–50 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
