Ingredients
- 5 green tea bags
- 2 large ripe peaches (peeled)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 5 cups water (divided)
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a teapot or saucepan. Add green tea bags and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool.
- Chop peeled peaches and blend with 1/2 cup water until smooth. Strain to remove pulp.
- In a pitcher, mix cooled tea with peach puree and stir in honey until dissolved.
- Serve over ice and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
