- 8 cups peeled, thinly sliced fresh peaches

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
- In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and the last teaspoon of cinnamon until combined. Stir in oats until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peach filling. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving warm.
