- 3 pounds peaches (peeled and quartered)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low with the lid on for 2 1/2 hours.
- Prop open the lid with a wooden spoon and cook for an additional 2-3 hours until soft.
- Blend until smooth using an immersion blender.
- Store in jars and refrigerate.
