Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cold butter, confectioners sugar, and flour until crumbly; press into the baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden; cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, flour, orange juice, and zest until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the base and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before dusting with confectioners sugar and cutting into squares.
