  • 2 teaspoons orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cold butter, confectioners sugar, and flour until crumbly; press into the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden; cool slightly.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, flour, orange juice, and zest until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the base and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely before dusting with confectioners sugar and cutting into squares.
