- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in egg noodles and cover; cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a separate pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Once noodles are cooked, combine them with the garlic butter mixture in the skillet.
- Serve sliced chicken on top of noodles and garnish with parsley.
