- 3/4 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 graham crackers, coarsely crumbled (for garnish)
Instructions
- Dice strawberries and combine with sugar in a bowl. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in strawberries with their juices.
- Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and sprinkle crumbled graham crackers on top. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
