- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed

- 1.5 cups fresh raspberries
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and salt. Press firmly into a 6-inch spring-form pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- For the cream cheese layer, blend cream cheese, 1 cup of raspberries, and powdered sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture along with remaining raspberries.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust evenly. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best) before serving.
