- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 12 oz whipped topping (approximately 1½ containers)
- 1 cup lemon curd
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing 20 Oreos in a bag, mixing with melted butter, and pressing into a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth; fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.
- Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle half on top of the pudding layer.
- Mix lemon curd with an equal amount of whipped topping; spread over the pudding layer.
- Finish with remaining whipped topping and cookie crumbs; refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
