Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Make the Filling: Beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Mix in lemon pudding and milk until slightly thickened. Fold in lemon zest.
- Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the lemon mixture.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Garnish before serving.
