Instructions

- Transfer to a large bowl and stir in chopped apples. Add heavy cream and mix gently until dough forms.
- Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface before patting it into a circle about ¾ inch thick. Cut into 8 wedges.
- Chill the wedges for 15 minutes before brushing with cream and baking for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before drizzling with maple glaze.
